On what equipment your furniture is made?
In the beginning machine tools and lines were of a national production. As required we replaced or purchased the equipment, and our criterion was adaptability to manufacture and quality, instead of the country-manufacturer. Despite of the two-shift schedule of work, a factory has not time to satisfy all orders for deliveries in a trading network. Therefore we start new shop on manufacture of case furniture: kitchens, vestibules, office furniture. For it we have bought the product line for manufacture of furniture facades of known German firms Holzma, Homag.

Who develops design of furniture?
In this work are engaged specially created design office and a design department. Our production is focused basically on the Ukrainian consumer. Requirements which are put before developers – reliability, follow from this convenience and beauty also. Besides the furniture should correspond aesthetically to any premises where it will be established, – from a small-sized apartment up to spacious solid office. Furniture ТМ Progress is called to provide Furniture due comfort of our compatriots, whose dimensions frequently are not entered in standards of Central European, and, especially, of Asian manufacturers.

You give to buyers on ready furniture a guarantee on 18, and on kitchens – 24 months. Are not you afraid of a plenty of returns of production?
First, I wish to note – guarantee period does not mean, that our production in one and a half year will collapse. The guarantee coupon entitles to free-of-charge repair of the defects which have arisen on fault of a manufacturer, in current of this term. In – the second, for years of existence ТМ Furniture Progress the percent of claims makes 0.7 – 1.5 % from total of production. And, practically all of them are because of transportation defects (impulses, pollution), and have been eliminated irrevocably on a factory, on places.

Who makes repair – the manufacturer or the seller?
Such division does not exist. Production we sell only in firm shops Furniture Progress. Now their thirty two areas of the Central, East and Southern Ukraine. The system of firm trade allows to provide the buyer with the fullest service of sales – from competent consultation at the choice of necessary furniture before guarantee repair.

Guarantee, the free-of-charge home delivery, the comprehensible prices – a full “gentlemen’s” set for attraction of clients. But except for it you offer so rare in our conditions installments?
Yes, and in general, all listed above are components of the thought over policy or if want, struggle for the buyer. Such approach allows to work successfully in the market, satisfying consumer demand for furniture with an optimum parity the price-quality.
